1) Who is LEVEY?

2) What are wallcoverings?
Commercial wall finishes or "wallcoverings" are used by interior designers, architects, and specifiers to enhance the interiors of offices, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools, stores, and many other public spaces. Various types of commercial wallcovering products provide high-design, while protecting walls from scuffs, etc.
3) How do I place a Sample Request?
To place a sample order, please search our online libraries and add products to your online request. You may search for - and add to your request - items from our vinyl wallcoverings, veneer, dry erase, upholstery and 3M libraries. Navigate to the different categories via the search bar at the top of our website and start searching. Click on the swatches for a closer look and hit the "Add to Sample Request" button. Continue searching until you are finished and hit the "Place Sample Request" when you are ready to check out. From here you will be prompted to set up an account or log in. Once the request has been placed, you will receive an email from us confirming your sample request. Samples requests are free of charge and you should receive your samples within 24 to 48 hours.
4) How do I make a Quote Request?
To make a quote request, please submit an online Quote Request Form or contact us by fax or email with the details of your request. Please include the following in your Quote Request:

Our Customer Service Representative will then contact you with your quote.
5) How do I place a Product Order?
To place a product order, please submit an online Product Order Form or contact us by fax or email with the details of your order. Please include the following in your Product Order:

6) What are the prices of your products?
For pricing inquiries, please call us at 1-800-588-3990. Our pricing can vary depending on the quantity and the project. Don't forget to give the:
Project Name
Designer Name
and Quantity of Products
to the Customer Service Representative you are speaking with.
7) What is the delivery time?
Delivery times will vary with each product. For stock check, please call us at 1-800-588-3990.
8) What are your payment options?
You may choose any one of the following: VISA, Master Card, Amex or COD. However, we encourage you to fill out our
Credit Application Form.
9) What is your shipping policy?
You can pick up your material at our warehouse from Monday to Friday between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm. Or we can send your products using a courier or freight company depending on the size of the shipment. Your order with Levey is FOB, Oakville Ontario. However, we would be pleased to email you a tracking number for any products which have left our warehouse via courier. Please let us know if you would prefer to use your own courier company.
10) What is your return policy?
Any and all cancellations, deletions and/or modifications to the Purchase Order must be in writing and are subject to Manufacturer regulations and applicable restocking charges. Details outlined in Return Policy.
