The selection of six substrates - each with its own unique imprint and reproduction characteristics - provides you with the ability to create a variety of visual and textural effects that can enhance any image. The choice of substrates range from sharp, smooth surfaces for crisp, clean image transfer to an assortment of textured surfaces for special embossed effects. Choosing the ideal substrate allows the architect or designer to blend the finished Viewnique surface with the interior environment to fully enrich the project's spatial experience. Selecting a proper Viewnique surface depends on the original image - whether photograph, illustration, or composite graphic - and the desired results, including final size and scale. Available substrates range from sharp, smooth surfaces for crisp, clean image transfer to an assortment of textured surfaces for special embossed effects.

SUBSTRATES

Digital Suede

Type II, 54" width

Digital Suede offers the reproduction quality and sharpness that detailed photo images require. It features a matte finish that minimizes glare for easier viewing. It's also soft to the touch. Digital Suede is recommended whenever a textured touch is preferred for high detail and crisp images.

Digital Medium Dapple

Type II, 54" width

With a deep, richly embossed surface, Digital Medium Dapple can give any image the look and feel of a painted canvas. Luxuriant, yet not overstated, Digital Medium Dapple shimmers under both direct and ambient lighting. It's ideal when a bold embossing is preferred and whenever the finished surface will display under general lighting conditions.

Digital Smooth White

An ideal choice for most photos and graphic visuals, Digital Smooth White's clean, unembossed surface provides sharp replication of the image, tight registration and high colour fidelity. It's an excellent choice for rooms with high levels of ambient light.
