1. How do I place a product order?
To place a product order, please complete all appropriate fields on the Order Form. Our Customer Service Representative will then contact you with an order confirmation via email.

2. How do I place a sample order?
To place a sample order, please complete all appropriate fields on the Sample Form. Your requested sample will then be brought to you by your sales representative or by courier.

3. What is the price of your products?
For pricing inquiries, please call us at 1-800-588-3990. Our pricing can vary depending on the quantity and the project. Don’t forget to give the Project Name, Designer Name and Quantity of products to the Customer Service Representative you are speaking with.

4. What is the delivery time?
We stock only selected products. The estimated time of order arrival at our warehouse is between 1 and 2 weeks from the date of your purchase order to us. For stock check, please call us at 1-800-588-3990.

5. What are your payment options?
You may choose any one of the following: VISA, Master Card, Amex or COD. However, we encourage you to become a VIP customer with us by filling out the Credit Application form online.

6. What is your shipping policy?
You can pick up your material at our warehouse from Monday to Friday between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm. Or we can send your products using a courier company (UPS, Apex, Western Canada and Midland). Your order with Levey is FOB, Oakville Ontario. However, we would be pleased to email you a tracking number for any products which have left our warehouse via courier. Please let us know if you would prefer to use your own courier company.

7. What is your return policy?
You can only return some of our solvent paint, complete vinyl wallcovering rolls, complete walltalkers rolls and complete glass textile rolls if they are not damaged. There is a restocking fee that varies from 25% to 40% depending on the product and timing of the return.
