In the event that a return is requested, LEVEY maintains the right to allow or withhold the return in question at LEVEY's own discretion. Approval for returns on a purchase order will ONLY be authorized by LEVEY in writing via email. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to formally request a return in writing. Contact us within 30 days of the purchase date including photographic evidence of any defect. Returns which have been authorized by LEVEY are subject to applicable restocking charges, the amount of which will be determined at the discretion of LEVEY. Prior to any return of product, a 'Return Goods Authorization' (RGA) number must be obtained from LEVEY. 'Return Goods Authorization' (RGA) numbers will only be issued by LEVEY in writing via email.

UPS Expedited - Delivery (typically) two business days
UPS Standard Plus - Delivery (typically) three business days
UPS Standard - Delivery (typically) five business days (based on distance to destination)
Note: For orders placed outside of our regular business hours, the next business day is considered to be the first business day where it applies to delivery.
