To place a sample order, please use our advanced search and add products to your online request. You may search for - and add to your request - items from our vinyl, digital, dry erase, veneer and acoustical wallcovering collections and 3M™ libraries. Navigate to the different categories via the search bar at the top of our website and start searching. Click on the swatches for a closer look and hit the "Add to Sample Request" button. Continue searching until you are finished and hit the "Place Sample Request" when you are ready to check out. From here you will be prompted to set up an account or log in. Once the request has been placed, you will receive an email from us confirming your sample request. Samples requests are free of charge and you should receive your samples within 24 to 48 hours.

You can pick up your material at our warehouse from Monday to Friday between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm. Or we can send your products using a courier or freight company depending on the size of the shipment. Your order with LEVEY is FOB, Oakville Ontario. We would be pleased to email you a tracking number for any products which have left our warehouse. Of course we also offer the option of using your preferred shipping company. In the event that a return is requested, LEVEY maintains the right to allow or withhold the return in question at LEVEY's own discretion. Approval for returns on a purchase order will ONLY be authorized by LEVEY in writing via email. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to formally request a return in writing. Contact us within 30 days of the purchase date including photographic evidence of any defect.
Returns which have been authorized by LEVEY are subject to applicable restocking charges, the amount of which will be determined at the discretion of LEVEY. Prior to any return of product, a 'Return Goods Authorization' (RGA) number must be obtained from LEVEY. 'Return Goods Authorization' (RGA) numbers will only be issued by LEVEY in writing via email.
When you order a sample or purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. This information will be used only to contact you about said sample request or purchase. This information is never sold or shared to a third party.

How do you get my consent?
